Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://codeyardil.pro/ and enrollment in courses offered by Code Yard IL Ltd (“Code Yard IL”, “we”, “us”), 7 HaShalom Rd, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6789210, Israel. By using the site or applying to a course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Code Yard IL Ltd provides programming education services (Web Development, Python, Full-Stack, and related offerings) in Tel Aviv, Herzliya, and online-assisted formats as described on the website. Contact: admissions@codeyardil.pro, +972-3-555-0288.
2. Website use
- You may browse course information for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
- You must not misuse the site (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape at abusive rates, or introduce malware).
- Content on the site (text, branding, layout, and media we own) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without written permission, except for fair personal use of publicly available pages.
- Course schedules, tuition, and seat counts may change; the website is informational until we confirm enrollment in writing.
3. Applications and enrollment
Submitting an application form does not guarantee a seat. Admission may depend on space, prerequisites, and a placement conversation. A binding enrollment is formed when we confirm your place in writing (email is sufficient) and you pay the required deposit or tuition according to the payment plan we agree.
You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a contract under Israeli law (or that a parent/guardian enrolls on your behalf where required).
4. Fees, taxes, and payment
- Tuition is listed in Israeli New Shekels (₪) on the courses pages and may exclude or include VAT as stated on your invoice.
- Payment methods and installment plans (if offered) will be specified in your enrollment confirmation.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to classes or materials until resolved.
- Employer billing is available upon request with a valid purchase order or written undertaking.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Unless a specific cohort agreement states otherwise:
- Cooling-off: You may cancel within 14 days of enrollment confirmation and before the cohort start date for a full refund of tuition paid, less any non-refundable third-party fees disclosed at checkout.
- Before start (after cooling-off): Cancellation more than 14 days before start may receive a refund minus an administrative fee of up to ₪500.
- Within 14 days of start or after start: Tuition is generally non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law or if we cancel the cohort.
- Our cancellation: If we cancel or materially relocate a cohort and you decline a reasonable alternative, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.
Refund requests: admissions@codeyardil.pro.
6. Student conduct and campus rules
- Treat instructors, staff, and classmates respectfully.
- Do not harass, discriminate, or share others’ personal data without consent.
- Follow facility rules at Tel Aviv and Herzliya locations, including safety and access policies.
- Academic integrity: do not submit others’ work as your own for graded projects.
- We may remove a student for serious misconduct without refund beyond what law requires.
7. Learning materials and IP
Curriculum materials, slides, and assignments provided by Code Yard IL remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for personal learning during and after the course. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or teach from our materials commercially without written consent. Code you write for projects remains yours; we may request a license to display anonymized project screenshots for school marketing unless you opt out in writing.
8. Certificates and outcomes
Certificates of completion require meeting attendance and project criteria published for the cohort. We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, or specific salary outcomes. Career guidance is advisory only.
9. Disclaimers
The website and educational services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in a signed enrollment agreement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory Israeli law, Code Yard IL Ltd’s total liability arising out of these Terms or a course enrollment is limited to the tuition amounts you paid to us for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., willful misconduct or fraud).
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including
cookie preferences stored under localStorage key codeyardil_cookie_ok.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and course offerings. Material changes to ongoing enrollments will be communicated to active students. Continued use of the website after posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for site use. Enrollment terms already confirmed in writing for a cohort prevail for that cohort unless you agree otherwise.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights that may apply.
